It is with some sadness I must say good bye to the Golf Industry. I have accepted the position of Parks & Recreation Facilities Manager, with the Town of Assiniboia, beginning June 2nd. My assistant David Robinson will finish the season as Superintendent.

I would like to take this time to thank the Commercial reps for their help and patience when I would call with my problems, and to everyone who attended our golf days. I found these days are important not only for getting a break from the daily grind, but also for continuing to gain knowledge from the experiance of others.

It has been a very exciting and rewarding time at Long Creek, but I am sure most of you are aware our owner is a "very unique individual" and working with him has become almost impossible.

With my new position I should have some time to get around and see some courses I have wanting to get to so don't hang up if you here my voice calling looking for a tee time.

Tim Crosbie
Superintendent
Long Creek Golf & Country Club
