The Cutting Edge: The Importance of Proper Equipment Maintenance

This CGSA sponsored event will be held in Saskatoon March 30, 2010 at the Riverside Country Club. The seminar will be conducted by Eddie Konrad.

Cost for STA members will be $105.00 for the day. Non STA members’ registration will be $309.75 (includes GST).

Overview:
This seminar will feature various topics of interest to ensure that your turf looks its best. Topics include:

  • Neglect Your Equipment and You Neglect Your Turf
  • Troubleshooting After-Cut Appearances
  • Tournament Preparations
  • Staff Training.

STA Fall Wind-up and A.G.M. Print E-mail

The Fall Wind-Up and Annual General Meeting will be at Lynbrook Golf Club in Moose Jaw on November 24th. The format will be changed this year with the Seminar in the morning. A hot lunch will be available at noon, followed by the Annual Meeting and election of officers. We hope to be out of their around 3:00pm for the drive home.

The Southern Greenkeeper Open will be held October 2nd at the Woodlawn Golf Club (Bob Currie) in Estevan, SK. This is sure to be a fun event!

The Northern Greenkeeper Open will be held September 28th at the Lobstick Golf Club in Waskesui. This is a great get together at one of the most enjoyable golf courses in the province.
