Regional Parks Trade Show |

The Saskatchewan Regional Parks Association is holding their 2008 Annual Corporate Partner Trade Show April 4, 2008 in Saskatoon, SK in the Saskatoon Inn, in Ballrooms "A" & "B". Hours are from 10:00am to 4:00pm. This show is focused on those in the Parks, Golf Course and Recreation industries.

2008 STA Spring Seminar - March 19 & 20 |

The STA will be holding its 2008 Spring Seminar at The Willows Golf & Country Club (382 Cartwright St.) in Saskatoon, SK on March 19th & 20th, 2008.
Wednesday's session is from 8:30am - 4:30pm and features Dr. John Ball, professor of Forestry at South Dakota's State University. This special presentation focuses on "Managing Golf Course Trees: How to Reduce Conflicts with Turf".
Thursday's session is from 9:00am - 4:00pm and features a presentation from Allan Bakke, Provincial Pesticide Investigator followed by an Oakcreek Golf & Turf Service Seminar.

Pesticide Applicator - Landscape - March 10-14, 2008
This license category provides for the ground application of pesticides for maintenance of ornamental trees, shrubs, flowers and turf on outdoor residential, commercial and public land. It includes the use of pesticides in outdoor nurseries for the propagation of landscape and garden plants as well as the injection of fungicides for the control of Dutch Elm Disease.

Jacobsen Workshop Invitation |

Clark’s Supply & Service and the Jacobsen Company are extending a personal invitation to our upcoming Jacobsen Workshop. The School will cover electrical trouble, theory, using meters, components/switches, electrical diagrams, troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
The school will be held at Clark’s Supply & Service Ltd. in Saskatoon on Tuesday, February 26th 2008 and in Regina on Wednesday, February 27th 2008. The length of the class depends on the number attending and the input during the workshop. We take into account the equipment you and other facilities are using and gear the school accordingly.
