Saskatchewan's Turfgrass Association, founded in 1979, is a non-profit organization. The S.T.A. was organized by a group of Turfgrass Professionals which has grown to include people from Parks, Golf Courses, Sod Growers, Cities and Commercial Companies.

The S.T.A. has one $1,000.00 scholarship available for a student that meets the following criteria:

  • Enrolled in at least a 2nd year qualified turf or horticulture program.
  • Experience in the turf or horticulture industry.
  • An acceptable level of academic achievement.
  • A resident of Saskatchewan.
