In spite of the warm temperatures, we are all starting to prepare our courses for winter. Raising the mowing heights, fall aeration, leaf removal, first applications of fungicides and blow out of irrigation systems are just around the corner.

This coming week are the South and North wind-ups being played at Elbow Harbour Golf Course and Candle Lake. These are always fun get-togethers, so please try to attend.

Please be sure to attend the Fall Wind Up in Saskatoon November 4 & 5. There will be a great education program with confirmed speakers Matt Legg from Syngenta, Paul “Grover” Grotier from Belchim, Pat Luchenski from PCPP Health Canada, and Gary Taylor from Priddis Greens Golf Course in Calgary.
