STA Membership

May 8, 2019

The turfgrass business is a rewarding, challenging, ever-changing career. Some days it feels like you are alone in dealing with all the challenges that come your way every day….You are not alone! There are 160 members in the Saskatchewan Turfgrass Association, all of them have experience, insights, or just a good ear to listen when you need to talk.

Our members are all very supportive of each other in this challenging environment. Chances are the problem you are facing has been handled by someone else before you, and they are ready to provide any help you might need. This is the most important part of becoming a member of the STA.

The STA offers multiple educational opportunities at various events, including a Summer Equipment Field Day and at the Fall Wind Up. These events, along with other opportunities, allow you to earn Continuing Education Credits towards the renewal of your Pesticide Applicators License.
