Well, it has finally warmed up and the grass is  growing.  After a cool start to June, we are having good amounts of rain, with some areas receiving a lot of rain.  Temperatures have come up to normal around the province.

We had a very successful education seminar at the Craik Golf Course on June 22, followed by lunch and 9 holes of golf.  It was a beautiful sunny day, and quite windy.  Todd Scott from Redox gave a great informative talk to 35 attendees, then  we played the Craik golf course.  The course was in great shape after dealing with a large amount of rain just a couple days before. Thanks to all the crew at Craik—Michelle and John and staff.

The Don Campbell Research Tournament will be held on Tuesday August 23 at the Harbor Golf Club in Elbow.  This is always a great event so please register early to ensure you can get your team in.  The host hotel will the at the Dakota Dunes, with a skins game on Monday afternoon at Dakota.

Congratulations go out to Blain Fagnou and his crew at Elkridge for all their hard work to prepare for the Elkridge Open last week.  Unfortunately they were dealing with large amounts of rain, and the organizers eventually chose to cancel the tournament part way through.

Looking forward to seeing everyone at the upcoming events and wish you all success for the 2022 season.
